R&D Project Team Engineer (PTE)
Mission
Be R&D responsible for the project
Develop the product according to the functional specifications, quality, cost and time targets.
Responsibilities
– Define the R&D schedule according to all R&D contributions
– Define the product according to all R&D contributions and manage them as well
– Do or Get the product technical specifications
– Responsible to do or to get calculations, simulations (mechanical, thermal, rheology, optic) and all the product technical justifications (dimensional chain analysis, test reports, simulation reports, Design review report, … )
– Define and manage the technical datas (BOM, specifications, 3D model, drawing, chains of dimensions, calculation and simulations, design justifications) and their availability in the PDM (Product Data Management).
– Lead the CAD technical design in respect with internal methodology for Catia and PDM tools
– Secure Intellectual Property issues. Patent search and filling.
– Participate to the definition of the product validation plan
– Lead the DFMEA and manage the action plan. Attend the Process FMEA and integrates its conclusions.
– Organize design review within customer organization and with suppliers. Integrate the manufacturing constraints.
– Define Mock-up and prototype and follow their realization according with quality, cost and time targets.
– Ensure the product tuning and manage necessary modifications
– Support the industrial projects that implement the innovated technology
– Participate with the purchasing department to the selection of the suppliers
– Participate to QRQC analysis (Quick Response on Quality Concern)
– Make the benchmarking analysis for the project technology scope
Standardization
– Define the standard scope of the product
– Define the DGL (standard Design Guide Lines), standard components and standard materials and make them validating by the branch standardisation manager
Project management / budget
– Contribute to the budget definition for the design activities of the project (resources, external purchases) and to validate this with his management (design office manager and project manager)
– Manage design activities and his dedicated team in accordance with this defined budget.
– Manage remotely resources if necessary
– Manage the time schedule of his activities and must ensure it is compliant with the project time schedule
Degree: mechanical engineer
Knowledge: Functional Analysis, Specifications, DFMEA, PFMEA, Validation plan, ISO dimensions, Chains of dimensions, FEM calculation, design justification, Catia V5 3D – 2D.
Work experience preferred (if possible): 5 years in mechanical design office ideally in the automotive lighting industry

Process Project Team Engineer (PTE)
Mission
-Be Methods & Process responsible for the project.
-Develop the industrial solutions of the product.
Responsibilities
-Be the Methods & Process engineer for the projects, as well link between “development team” and“industrial team”
-Participate actively in project team activities (PT meetings, QFD, functional analysis, functional and technical specifications, analysis of the value, analysis of the general project risks, Process FMEA, etc..)
– Draw up the detailed planning of the Methods work in collaboration with the Industrialization team andthe project manager.. Hold a weekly review of the latter, the daily updates and initiate corrective actions.
– Organize and manage the contributors who are assigned to him by the proto workshop manager (Assembly, Molds, Treatments, CNC, etc…).
·-Draw up and manage the budget of the Methods costs and the Methods and Quality investments specific to the project.
-Have the development in the project validated regularly by the Proto workshop Manager, the experts and the project managers at least before each change of phase, particularly during Manufacturability Validation Committees.
-Carry out a continuous analysis of the product design solutions (manufacturability).
-Prepare the “make or buy” decisions with the Proto workshop Manager and the Project Manager.
-Present the Investigation Authorization Request prototype/serial means.
Degree : Mechanical Engineer
Knowledge: Functional Analysis, Specifications, PFMEA, Control plan, Process workflow analysis, ISO
dimensions, etc…
Work experience preferred : 2-3 years as Process team member ideally in the automotive lighting industry.
Languages: English B2.

Buscamos ingeniera/o de Calidad de Automoción para llevar a cabo las siguientes funciones:
-Gestión de los incidentes de calidad con clientes y proveedores
-Uso de herramientas de calidad PDCA, 8D, Ishikawa…
-Atención de los requerimientos de calidad de los clientes
-Preparación de documentación de calidad de los proyectos
-Implantación y mantenimiento de normas de sistemas de gestión de calidad
-Validación y homologación de productos
Requisitos
-Grado/Máster en Ingeniería Industrial o similar
-Experiencia de al menos 3 años en las tareas descritas
-Capacidad para viajar dentro de Europa para visitas a clientes y proveedores
-Inglés nivel B2
