Engineering and simulations
Andaltec can offer a wide range of tools to optimise and validate the design of products and processes, such as CAD software, mechanical, thermal and condensation simulations, rheological (Moldflow) and thermoforming (T-SIM) simulations…
Andaltec’s lab can perform tests on multiple areas: physical-chemical characterisation of materials, food safety, (global and specific migration testing), accelerated ageing, metrology, biodegradability and compostability…
Development of materials with advanced properties: high added-value technical plastics, conductive materials, nanocomposites, as well as waste valorisation studies, LCA (Life Cycle Assessment), etc.
We are deeply experienced as for the development of lighting systems. Thus, we perform feasibility design and optic simulation studies, photometric validation and manufacturing of optical models; all of this for a wide range of areas such as the automotive or solar industries, public lighting…
Plastics transformation processes
Andaltec can offer a personalised service in plastic transformation processes, ranging from specialised training, to process assessment, as well as the development of a new” tailor-made” material, designed to meet our customer’s needs.
We handle a great variety of technologies and materials for the production of part prototypes: part design or complete model, 3-D printing (Multijet, SLS, SHS, FDM,…), vacuum casting, machining, a wide range of paints and coatings, filament extrusion…
Andaltec is a technological centre for plastics, where a staff of more than 150 highly trained professionals work hard every day in innovation- centred facilities spanning more than 10,000 square metres. We are considered an international reference for the automotive and packaging industries, helping companies and organizations from all over the world to improve their competitiveness.
Who are we?
If you have an innovative project, we will help to launch it with complete confidentiality. More than 300 companies have already trusted us to consult with their R&D projects. Andaltec, widely experienced in international R&D projects, provides technological support to develop new products, improve materials properties, for process optimisation or waste valorisation.
