About Us
Andaltec is a National Technology Centre recognised by the Ministry of Economy (number 111). It is also recognised by the Regional Government of Andalusia as an agent of the Andalusian Knowledge System. We are also a Public Research Organisation (PRO).
ORGANIZATION
We are a Technology Centre accredited by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness of the Spanish Government. We are also recognised by the Regional Government of Andalusia as a Knowledge Agent specialising in the Plastics industry value chain. We offer advanced technological services, the development of R&D&I projects and specialised training to improve the competitiveness of companies.
Andaltec is the commercial brand under which the Andaltec R&D&I Foundation pursues its founding aims. The Foundation was established in 2003 as a private, non-profit entity on the initiative of 29 companies and organisations, and is based in the south of Spain.
Our main goal is “to contribute to the general profit of society and its economic status, through the promotion and enhancement of competitiveness in companies working with plastics as a product or process, as well as any other industry that can be benefited from the knowledge and technologies employed in the plastics and related sectors”.

Our team comprises over 120 professionals, 80% of whom are engineers, graduates and doctors with experience in the plastics sector and related fields, such as packaging and the automotive industry.
