BUILDING 2 (6.600 m2)
- Pilot plant: Injection, extrusion, laminating and thermoforming laboratory. Wire production for FDM.
- Biodegradability and Compostability laboratory.
- Photometric tunnel for light measurement (L = 30m), with Goniophotometer and Colormeter.
- Road simulation tunnel (80m x 20m x 4m, with 3 lanes + shoulders).
- Experimental pilot testing area.
- Prototyping and manufacturing area: 3D printing centre, vacuum casting area, mechanisation workshop, painting and metallizing cabins, surface coating workshop.
- Electronics laboratory.
ENVIRONMENTAL CARE
Andaltec has designated an area of its facilities as a Clean Point for the management of hazardous waste generated by its operations.
By 2021, a reduction in the volume of organic waste generated was achieved.
In 2022, a reduction in the volume of empty aerosols disposed of has been achieved.
