Andaltec appoints Juan Andrés Román as the new head of Projects and Business Development Manager

Andaltec Centro Tecnológico has appointed Juan Andrés Román as Head of Projects and Business Development Manager, a position he will take up with immediate effect.

This appointment reflects the commitment of this institution based in Martos (Jaén) to foster professional growth and recognise exceptional talent within its organisation.

Juan Andrés Román is a chemical engineer from the University of Valencia and has been closely linked to the plastics sector since the beginning of his professional career. He began his career in the automotive industry at Faurecia Interior Systems in 2006, working in the design and production of plastic components. Román excelled as a product engineer, before moving on to the role of project manager and head of the Lighting Department at Andaltec. Simultaneously, he was also responsible for Innovation for the Development of Automotive Lighting Systems.

Daniel Aguilera, manager of Andaltec, highlights ‘his strategic vision of the sector and his innovative approach to product development, as he has effectively coordinated work teams, contributing significantly to the growth of the company and the diversification of its business areas’.

The Technology Centre is convinced that in his new position Román will be able to use his extensive experience and leadership skills to drive new projects and new business opportunities, having a positive impact on the technology centre and the sector.
