We offer courses in our headquarters or we go where requested to provide in-company training.
Our training programme covers the following instruction areas:
- Management systems.
- Production organisation and process improvement.
- Product design and development.
- Transformation processes and production technologies.
All the training we provide is subsidised by your Social Security training quota. Andaltec will manage all the paperwork involved.

EXCLUSIVE MASTER’S DEGREE ON ADVANCED DESIGN OF PLASTIC PARTS AND INJECTION MOULDS
Last year’s edition resulted in 100% of our students finding a job.
Academic goals:
- Development of the skills and expertise needed to produce mechanical designs incorporating plastic parts to the high level requested by companies and design departments.
- Enabling students to design plastic injection moulds based on part geometry.
- Advanced learning in CAD software.
- Specialised training on CAE software (ANSYS and MOLDFLOW), highly employed in the plastic industry.
- Learning about CAM tool for mould machining.
- The students will enjoy the chance of learning in a real working environment, thanks to the internship to be carried out in a plastics company. This will allow for an actual application of the theoretical-practical contents of the course.
SPECIALISATION DIPLOMA ON NUMERICAL SIMULATION FOR ENGINEERING AND PLASTIC INJECTION INDUSTRIES
This specialisation degree is intended to improve the training of technical professionals working in the plastics industry, as well as engineers, focusing on numerical simulation through comprehensive training on computer methods, use of specialised software and basic knowledge on plastic injection. The students will be trained in the use of advanced software, such as ANSYS Fluent, Moldflow and OpenFOAM (open source). These programmes are widely employed in the plastics industry and other sectors such as the automotive, mechanical or design areas.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING (FP in Spain)
Thanks to the major support our Technological Centre has been offering to boost Dual Vocational Training, Andaltec has helped to establish the CERTIFICATE OF HIGHER EDUCATION (HNC) ON METAL AND MOULDING POLYMER TRANSFORMATION in Martos, the first of its kind in the plastics area in Andalusia. Our centre supplies both teaching staff and its facilities, so that students can carry out their professional internship there.
