Who are we?

Andaltec is a non-profit Private Foundation, created in 2003 by 29 different companies and organisations.

We are a National Technological Centre, acknowledged by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.

We offer advanced technological services, R&D project development and specialised training focused on the improvement of corporative competitiveness.

Our main goal is “to contribute to the general profit of society and its economic status, through the promotion and enhancement of competitiveness in companies working with plastics as a product or process, as well as any other industry that can be benefited from the knowledge and technologies employed in the plastics and related sectors”.

We intend to provide “ADDED VALUE” to companies working in the plastics and related sector by means of innovative and technological advanced services, which will increase their productivity and competitiveness in a sustainable way.

Creation of a “culture of innovation”, being a technological reference in R&D management for the plastics and related sectors. Support the foundation of new companies; consolidation and expansion of already existing corporations.

We regard the customer as “our most important asset”.

We execute “tailor-made” projects.

We employ a highly-qualified staff with vast real experience in companies.

We offer creative and innovative solutions to the problems companies bring in front of us.

Team spirit, in consonance with our organisation’s Mission and Vision.

We can carry forward every project and service with our own means.

Capability and the right attitude to convey our knowledge.

We have been awarded the following certifications:

Andaltec contributes and cooperates with several national and international Technological Platforms, such as Packnet, Materplat, M2F y Manuket, BBI and Photonics 21.

Moreover, the centre has signed collaboration agreements with different universities and other R&D organisations.

Our staff

Our team is made up of more than 150 professionals. 80% of them are engineers, university and PhD graduates, with a huge work experience in the plastics sector and related ones, such as packaging and the automotive industry.
